제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 하비탄AI(HOBBYTAN AI, 이하 "회사")와 AI조씨(AIJOSSI)가 제공하는 서비스의 이용 조건 및 절차, 회사와 이용자 간의 권리·의무·책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (서비스의 범위)
본 약관은 다음 서비스에 적용됩니다:
- 하비탄AI — 교육 프로그램, 스터디 그룹, 워크샵, 소셜클럽 서비스
- AI조씨(AIJOSSI) — 채널 관리 서비스
제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)
- 본 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시하거나 기타의 방법으로 이용자에게 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
- 회사는 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 7일 전에 공지합니다.
- 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 이용자는 서비스 이용을 중단하고 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.
제4조 (회원가입 및 계정)
- 이용자는 회사가 정한 양식에 따라 회원정보를 기입하고, 본 약관에 동의하여 회원가입을 신청합니다.
- 회사는 다음 사유에 해당하는 신청에 대해 승인을 거부할 수 있습니다:
- 타인의 정보를 이용하여 신청한 경우
- 허위 정보를 기재한 경우
- 기타 회사가 정한 이용 요건을 충족하지 못한 경우
- 이용자는 자신의 계정 정보를 안전하게 관리할 책임이 있습니다.
제5조 (서비스의 제공 및 변경)
- 회사는 교육, 워크샵, 소셜클럽, 채널 관리 등의 서비스를 제공합니다.
- 회사는 서비스의 내용을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 이 경우 사전에 공지합니다.
- 회사는 무료로 제공되는 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 변경, 중단, 종료할 수 있습니다.
제6조 (이용자의 의무)
이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다:
- 타인의 개인정보를 도용하거나 허위 정보를 등록하는 행위
- 회사의 서비스를 이용하여 불법적인 활동을 하는 행위
- 회사의 지적재산권을 침해하는 행위
- 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위
- 다른 이용자에게 불쾌감을 주거나 피해를 주는 행위
- 회사의 동의 없이 영리 목적으로 서비스를 이용하는 행위
제7조 (지적재산권)
- 서비스에 포함된 모든 콘텐츠(텍스트, 이미지, 영상, 소프트웨어 등)에 대한 저작권은 회사에 귀속됩니다.
- 이용자가 서비스 내에 게시한 콘텐츠의 저작권은 해당 이용자에게 귀속됩니다.
- 이용자는 회사의 사전 동의 없이 서비스의 콘텐츠를 복제, 배포, 전송, 수정할 수 없습니다.
제8조 (서비스 이용 제한)
회사는 이용자가 본 약관을 위반하거나, 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해한 경우 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 정지·삭제할 수 있습니다.
제9조 (면책 조항)
- 회사는 천재지변, 전쟁, 기간통신사업자의 서비스 중단 등 불가항력으로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 회사는 이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용 장애에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 회사는 이용자가 서비스를 이용하여 기대하는 이익을 얻지 못한 것에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제10조 (분쟁 해결)
- 서비스 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우, 회사와 이용자는 성실히 협의하여 해결합니다.
- 협의로 해결되지 않는 경우, 대한민국 법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.

Article 1. Purpose
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by HOBBYTAN AI ("Company") and AIJOSSI, establishing the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its users.
Article 2. Scope of Services
These Terms apply to the following services:
- HOBBYTAN AI — Education programs, study groups, workshops, and social club services
- AIJOSSI — Channel management services
Article 3. Effectiveness and Modifications
- These Terms become effective when posted on the service or otherwise communicated to users.
- The Company may modify these Terms within the bounds of applicable law, with at least 7 days' prior notice.
- Users who do not agree to modified Terms may discontinue use and delete their accounts.
Article 4. Registration and Accounts
- Users apply for membership by completing the registration form and agreeing to these Terms.
- The Company may reject applications that:
- Use another person's information
- Contain false information
- Fail to meet other registration requirements
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
Article 5. Service Provision and Changes
- The Company provides education, workshop, social club, and channel management services.
- The Company may modify or discontinue services with prior notice.
- The Company may change, suspend, or terminate free services in whole or in part.
Article 6. User Obligations
Users shall not:
- Steal personal information or register false information
- Engage in illegal activities using the service
- Infringe upon the Company's intellectual property rights
- Interfere with the normal operation of the service
- Cause discomfort or harm to other users
- Use the service for commercial purposes without the Company's consent
Article 7. Intellectual Property
- All content included in the service (text, images, videos, software, etc.) is owned by the Company.
- Content posted by users within the service remains the property of the respective users.
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or modify the Company's content without prior consent.
Article 8. Service Restrictions
The Company may restrict service use or suspend/delete accounts if users violate these Terms or interfere with normal service operations.
Article 9. Disclaimers
- The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure, including natural disasters, wars, or telecommunications provider outages.
- The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by user negligence.
- The Company is not liable for users' failure to achieve expected benefits from using the service.
Article 10. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes related to service use shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the Company and the user.
- If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the Republic of Korea.
